Take your chance to be included in the Official BFW Schedule – and submit your show, presentation or side event registration!
From today on, designers, brands, stores and other organisers can register their shows, collection presentations and events – and take their chance to be included in the Official BFW Schedule. As in previous seasons, registration will take place via the registration tool.
Submission Deadline:
Show formats & presentations: April 22nd, 2026
Side events: May 31st, 2026
B2C events: June 19th, 2026
All essential information, requirements and submission guidelines are available directly within the tool and here on our website. We kindly ask all applicants to read the provided text carefully to ensure a complete and successful submission.

The show and presentation submissions will be audited to determine whether they meet the Minimum Sustainability Requirements. Furthermore our schedule committee examines the submissions to decide if they meet the quality criteria of the BFW Show Schedule.
The committee will evaluate the submissions for the show and presentation slots as well as side events according to various quality criteria.
The commitee is formed from the Concept Competition juries and consists of the following experts:
STUDIO2RETAIL SCHEDULE
Besides the official BFW Schedule, which list shows and industry events for fashion professionals, the STUDIO2RETAIL calendar gathers B2C focused events, showrooms, pop ups, workshops and other initiatives.
The registration phase for this calendar has also started.
