Our AW27 Schedule Committee:

Show / Presentation
A show or presentation can be a traditional runway show, as well as a performance or installation featuring models, designed to showcase a new collection to professional press, buyers, and key opinion leaders. All brands organising shows and presentations must comply with the Sustainability Requirements.

Event
A event (listed as a "Side Event" on the Official Schedule) can include a party, dinner, conference, exhibition, pop-up store, showroom, networking event, or similar. To be listed on the Schedule, it must meet a certain standard of quality and offer clear value for a B2B audience of fashion professionals, while contributing to Berlin Fashion Week’s standing as an international fashion showcase.

B2C Events: STUDIO2RETAIL
The STUDIO2RETAIL Schedule is a dedicated calendar listing events during BFW that have a strong customer focus. Events with a consumer-oriented approach can be included in this separate schedule. The STUDIO2RETAIL Schedule was created to connect the general public with the brands of Berlin Fashion Week and the German fashion scene and is accompanied with a B2C marketing campaign. Entries for both schedules – BFW Side Event Schedule and STUDIO2RETAIL – are possible.
Submit your B2C event for inclusion in the Official STUDIO2RETAIL Schedule here: https://www.studio2retail.berlin/en/event-submission

Brands, designers, and organisers are required to submit their shows, presentations, and events via the official registration forms. All submissions are reviewed by an expert committee based on defined quality criteria.

Upon approval, confirmed participants must agree to and comply with the BFW terms and conditions for shows and the BFW terms and conditions for side events.
